Location.
Reasonable motel. I thing a lot more effort is required in the cleanliness of the unit. A lot of dust around.

I was under the impression that there was a 24hr airport shuttle,free instead it was a discount taxi I paid for!While expecting a budget style room,I don't expect to hear drilling and some sort of woodworking at 7pm that rattled the walls,no bulb in the toilet and very tatty linen!I Travel a lot around NZ,an 2nd worse experience!the web site said there was little or no rooms in th area I wanted to stay but on a walk,every other place had vacancy for the 2 days I wanted,some are on your site!generally unhappy!B.Cunningham

Very friendly helpful manager. The motel is older but the room was very clean and tidy and comfortable. It is beside the road and near a railway line but noise was not a problem.
